Here's a mani I did using Julep Ellie. She's very sheer so needs some 'underwear'. I used Julep January as a base color and I love the results!
It's a dark, yet bright, pink that has a holo effect.
It's very sheer! You'll have to give it some underwear. :) But, it will be really fun to experiment with. Next I'm going to try it over black and see what happens!
wow, love the effect! I was a wee disappointed with the sheerness of it. It was an add on item for me.
